Pros: I worked with a few CRM's but this is the best. Easy to use and powerful. I recently moved to a new dealership and the first thing I did was contact Steve from Momentum. This company cares about their clients and provides the best support. They go above and beyond.
Pros: Great support staff from Momentum. I love the way I can customize it for my BDC.

Pros: Prior to having Momentum, I was a long time Dealersocket user. Making the switch was a gigantic breath of fresh air and one of the best decisions we ever made! Momentum is very easy to learn and easy to use. The simple interface is part of an extremely powerful CRM with a solid database and fundamentals. Moreover, the system has strong integration with many of the most popular 3rd party applications like AutoAlert, AutomotiveMastermind, First Pencil and NextUp, just to name a few. Most importantly, the people at Momentum are awesome!

Pros: The customer service is like nothing I've ever seen, they go above and beyond. I love the commitment that they have for teaching the dealership to use this tool. There are in person tutorials as well as online videos. It is super hands on and professional. The new hires experience a very short learning curve.
Pros: The simplicity of this is amazing, it does what we need, handles inventory, customers and leads, reporting is very good.
Cons: This is the worst system I have ever experienced. There are problems starting at the login page. It is terrible. Switched to Dealer Socket and never looking back.
