Pros: Pricing is good and a lot is included!
Pros: Not many - somewhat integrated to Reynolds for features like inventory feeds - which we didn't use.
Cons: Regardless of discussions and meetings before the contract, only templated sites were available. And those performed poorly, losing us more than 40% of our site traffic in less than 60 days.
Pros: Happy with our site! The price is right and the customer service is great!
Pros: I like the customer service, they get anything fixed right that I need them to take care of. I like that it's ease to use and the pictures upload really fast.
Cons: They said there was nothing they liked about the web site. Hard to navigate, wasn't user friendly. They couldn't think of anything nice to say about it.
Pros: I can trust them. They help me come up with great, innovative ideas. Return on investments is good, I can see it track through into the dealership. People are good at quantifying what I have to say and put it into words.
Cons: None that I can speak about.
Pros: Reynolds certified vendor, easy to navigate back end
Cons: Limited in call to actions, forms, customization
Pros: The only thing they seem to do well is manage our social media, but I've never had another company do it, so I don't have much to compare to.
Cons: The websites are garbage. Our conversions fells to 0.8%. Last month, our most bought keyword for PPC was "car detailing". We don't detail cars here. The entire product is amateurish. You can get better websites for a few hundred dollars than the garbage Naked Lime delivers.
Cons: Prior to my taking the Marketing position at Colonial Toyota, the previous director used Naked Lime, or shall I say Naked Lime used him. They took the money and never did a thing with the website. When I came on board I started to monitor our websites and realized Naked Lime was our Scion Web Host. I called them and said "Why does this website look so bad" Their answe was: It is only as good as what you put into it. Dealer.com is a fabulous vehicle web host. I called them and ask for help. I called Naked Lime and told them I was canceling. My rep, said yea ok, but he didn't sound like he knew what he was talking abuot, so I sent a certified letter dated in Nov of 12, giving them a 2 month notice. My new Scion Dealer.com site was launched 2 months ago, but it was brought to my attention, when you do a google search, Naked Lime still has the old site up, and is is still bad. I called them and told them again. The CSI rep said, Oh, we have no record of your cancel, which is a total lie. It is taking me time and effort to get them to take down the old site, I talked to 2 more csi people, and the Supervisor was supposed to call me back. This company is in a word "HORRIBLE"
Pros: I'm the Advertising Manager, New Vehicle Inventory Manager and also manage our dealership's multiple websites. Naked Lime Marketing's support department excels at providing customer satisfaction and exceeds my experience with the support departments at other automotive web hosting firms. The Naked Lime Marketing support team is not only very professional but fun to work with. They listen to their clients, understand them and follow-up to make sure that everything they do meets with the client's approval.
Cons: In one word... NONE!
