Cons: Total Garbage
Pros: there really isint a pro- it does its job
Cons: Its okay, but really old fashioned & not too user friendly. You aren't able to send out awesome email marketing campaigns through this system (because theyre all HTML based) and at the end of the day why are we using a system that wont allow us to email market to customers properly?
Pros: very easy to navigate through, great tech support, reports are accurate, sorting customers is easy.
Cons: cannot copy and paste things to it very well.
Pros: Has lots of pros, just not the ones we signed up for!
Cons: They keep promising the new buzztrak that is supposed to do everything we signed up for it to do. We were originally getting the upgrade when we signed up. Then we signed and were told by August. Its now March and we are being told by mid summer!!!! The good news is our contract will be up before we ever get what we were promised...........I just don't understand how a company can show you a product when signing a contract and during your whole contract you never get it!!!!!
Pros: better than Elead
Cons: duplication of effort - "Car Research CRM" does it all. Net track is really for internet use only

Pros: We use BUZZTrack from ADP (was not on the list) Many features
Cons: Not customizable enough for our needs. Very complex to use. We are having a hard time getting our salesforce to use it properly.
Pros: ILM is BuzzTrak also names NetTrak from BZ-Results or ADP. Let me think... pros, I like some of the people who work there does?
Cons: Poor customer service, CRM is out of date and is not compatible with our website.
Pros: It's easy to use, easy to send emails, easy to check history of leads. Easy to send bulk emails. Reports are easier to understand, and you can drill down on each section.
Cons: Since ADP took over, it's customer service has declined. It has yet to merge completely with the ADP CRM which requries double entry by users and a waste of time. If something changes in CRM...it may affect the reports in Buzztrak. Would like to be an admin that can add and update users myself.
Pros: Works day in and day out. Manages the leads, great pre-loaded templates, user friendly.
Cons: Wishes it better integrated with oru current CRM
