Pros: Very helpful and continuously look after our interest
Pros: Our Rep has our best interests at heart. You can tell she cares about what she does and her clients.
Pros: Fairly easy to use and straightforward...
Cons: Something that could be improved is...
Pros: Keeping in touch with our customers and keeping our business name out there.
Pros: Excellent monthly newsletters with great ideas to use across all social media platforms as well as in their product. This is a great tool for service.
Cons: However, the tool is rather lame when it comes to new and used vehicle marketing. Furthermore, they will tell you that their turn around time on custom email blasts is 3 days (along those lines), but it always took more than 5 days and the quality was less than desirable. You need to work within their templates if you want messages to go out to your customers in a timely manner.
Pros: Outstanding product with great results and fantastic field support.....
Pros: Absolutely love it. This product keep us in contact with all our customers and at the same time bring us tons of revenue. Yes, I recommend OneCommand
Cons: Doesn't integrate with our Vinsolutions CRM.
Pros: mail, email , text and voice communications. Being able to set up campaigns based on opcodes used.
Pros: it take the caveman to the city. older non computer savvy salespeople and managers. easily adapt to this product and it makes the time from meet and greet to delivery seamless!!!!
Cons: this is really not a con but the downside which is really a upside is that there are so many things and reports you can pull it can be overwhelming at times
