Pros: Proactive, automatically increases sales communication. Let's us know how far along a customer is in the buying cycle and exactly what they are researching.
Cons: We should have started it a year earlier to have longer histories on our customers.....
Pros: LOVE LOVE LOVE the email campaigns and the professionalism.
Cons: Not sure exactly if this is really helping as our VINSolutions tracks and alerts us to a lot of information.
Pros: Unique scoring model that alerts us when a customer is in market. Provides us with the intelligence we need to communicate effectively with customers, e.g. Where they have been, what they are looking at, etc.
Cons: None that I can think of....
