Pros: Very user friendly! The interface is clean and visually pleasing. Trevor is the best, he is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He listens to our concerns and requests and has always helped us with whatever we need. The reporting is easy to follow and a great tool to hand off to the sales team to get solid leads.
Cons: Not really any big cons, I am hopeful in the future they will be able to customize the move a model a little bit more. Specifically, I would love to be able to target specific model years! (Which is hopefully in the works).
Pros: "churns" our database to spurn engagement; generates interest and customer interaction across sales and service. I believe this program is a good fit for just about any dealership that does NOT have a multi-year long, consistent post-sale customer follow up process. If you do - congrats. If you don't, consider it.
Cons: Technology always has infections; especially when we are all working with DMS as our foundation (YIKES).
Pros: Very intuitive platform - easy to use either minimal set it and forget it or with extensive extra features for the deep dive enthusiasts.
Cons: Still waiting for sales person matching - I know you are working on it... otherwise its perfect.

Pros: Outsell has been a solid partner with our organization. Their technology offers a unique perspective by identifying our hottest prospects and notifying us which candidates are most likely to be in-market. Their customer-ranking system allows us to focus on the prospects that are most likely to transact and keeps us informed about the status of all of our customers through their vehicle shopping and ownership. Outsell's reporting is easy to use and understand as well, and their team is diligent in keeping us up to date on the performance of our dealerships. We have a strong partnership with Outsell and appreciate the advantages they bring to our organization.

Pros: Programatic communications that enable sales and service opportunities Provides Lift in our website traffic levels and engagement Service beyond the product, experts in data and are willing to help beyond what is in the contract. Outsell thinks and deploys more like an e-commerce company, than an automotive vendor. I like this style because it provides communications that look, feel correct in relation to the ORM - but they are also personalized so our portfolio gets a lucid message that is relevant to them.
Cons: No Cons - Just Product Suggestion. Would love to see a Google Chrome Extension that notifies our sales staff when a known visitor is returning to our site and provides their buyer scout score so our sales leaders have a proactive heads up that someone in our portfolio is shopping, and what they are shopping for
Pros: Let me start with how honest and forward this company is. Claire and Eric have gone above and beyond the typical sales tactics and have taken my request for "staying in touch but not pestering me" to heart and in the end it worked. We'll have our two stores up and running like a well-tuned engine thanks to their dedication to the job, the company and the product. Also, anyone curious about how they deal with the "ramp up" problem they have a solution that just makes sense! Ask them about their 3-month billing discounts and this alone proves they are legit and genuinely interested in earning your business and help you grow! I will gladly chat with most anyone regarding their performance!
Cons: Not really a "con" in the classic sense - it does take time for the momentum to build so you have to give it the leap of faith that it is and will work. See above, though for how they handle that concern!
Pros: This product engages customers where they are, tracks behaviors to identify in-market buyers, understands a shopper's intensity and matches back to sales and service ROs. Outsell's field-proven neuromotics predictive analytics anticipates individual customer needs. The program collects and analyzes online automotive shopping activity, email engagement, and website activity. So, your dealership can send the right message at the right time. All in all a fabulous investment.
Cons: We have been using this tool for almost a year and have not come upon any cons yet. A fabulous add to your digital advertising/marketing portfolio.
