This is spot on. So many people are starting to get the fact the social media is necessary, but jumping in feet first without a plan isn't necessarily the answer. I'm definitely going to have to check out Jason's book. Has anybody else read it?

Haven't read the book either Lindsey. Paul thanks for adding this. Wild how it paints a perfect picture of today's businesses. Call it going through the motions to make themselves feel good as if they are true social businesses is definitley not the answer. I think more need to understand that Social Media Marketing is REAL and there are right ways to approach it.
