This guy has no clue what goes on at a dealership, i once thought that izmocars was run by sharp managers. That thought has just passed, now we have double talkers, very dangerous folks. Accessory sales are everyones business, no brick walls.

Sidney has spoken many times before about accessory sales in a dealership and how low the percentage is compared to aftermarket companies. I agree Raynard it is "everyone's" business however I think all of us at the dealer level can get better and making it happen. It is a huge busines and dealers are barely scratching the surface.
