Pros: The DMS is a great tool and integrates with our CRM provider. Very user friendly.
Pros: I really like their DMS system. It's easy to use and their customer service is great anytime I have an issue or question.
Pros: Does the Job well and it is very cost efficient compared to other similar products.
Cons: Could be a bit more user friendly, and could have better used car reporting as well.
Pros: This product seems fine for service department's needs.
Pros: Effective. Works well to gather information, user interface is really user friendly, very easy for me to explain to other people at the dealership if they don't understand what they are doing.
Cons: Don't really play ball with big players, don't serve information directly to other products, we have to get it via third party. They don't really explain on the front end. Takes too much time.
Pros: Price competitive product. Super responsive technical and help staff.
Cons: Somewhat limited "canned" program. But this is not an impediment to its use.
Pros: Great product, easy to use and really easy for new people to catch on quick. We don't have to spend a lot of time training new people. PBS listens to your ideas and submits them to a vote with all dealerships so that it's actual customers voting on software changes not just the vendor saying yes or no.
Cons: Sometimes we don't always know what’s coming out in new software releases but after a quick phone call we have the answers we need on the new release.
Pros: It integrates multiple stores nicely
Cons: NOTHING WORKS! The system just doesn't work. It is extremely glitchy. The data is constantly changing. The reports are extremely unreliable. The service department processes take forever to complete. The Customer support staff is hit and miss. Our used inventory feed from PBS to vAuto was down for 11 days! We were out of the internet business for that long without much response from PBS. We have multiple issues that were promised to be addressed over one year ago that still aren't fixed. They promised us that the system would integrate with GM leads and we were going to save all of this money. Not true. They are the most frustrating company that I have ever worked with. They say that they won't charge you for much, but they always do. The leasing portion of the software does not work correctly. We have had so many deals kicked back that no one wants to lease anymore. Nobody here has any confidence left in their software. Do not change to PBS. This was the biggest business mistake that I have ever made.
Cons: Very unstable platform. Reporting is very poor. Support fixes a problem and the fix disappears. Dashboard setups continually disappear and need to be reset.
Pros: Flexibility and adaptability. You can make it fit your processes rather than adapting processes to fit the DMS
