Pros: For over 2 years we found PCG and Marc McGurren to be perfect fit for our dealership. The experience and knowledge of modern day issues was far superior than any other consultant I have seen in 16 years. More importantly, the team and staff were incredible to deal with and provided us with quick and reliable information when ever it was needed. Highly recommended!

Pros: Marc McGurren is an awesome person to work with. He will tell you anything you want you know all you have to do is ask. I've know him for almost a year and he has helped me in my field every step of the way. Anything you need all you'd have to do is call, text, or email him and he will help and answer anything you need to his best abilities.

Pros: Marc, has a vast knowledge of how to structure and implement process and the fundentals needed to produce a powerful BDC Department! He works within your current environment to create a team structure that will produce positive results. We could not have asked for a better fit for us and look forward to a long prosperous relationship with Marc for years to come.

Pros: Marc is a very gifted trainer. His retail experience has helped me beyond the training I requested in helping us re-start our BDC from the ground up. My only hope is that our local competitors don't see my review!

Pros: Marc is a great coach and trainer. He really helped us develop processes that worked with our store and to find ways to set ourselves apart in a market that is highly competitive. The team at PCG know what they are talking about and always bring fresh ideas with every visit.

Pros: PCG was great at helping us set up the internet sales process. But any consulting company can do that. Where Marc McGurren and PCG set themselves apart is after the initial setup. Marc is always available for any questions or concerns. Marc really excels at coming alongside the dealer and showing them how to be successful and use the process to increase sales and closing percentages. Marc's personal visits to the store once a month really help instill the sales process in to the sales staff. The in store training is the best service PCG brings to the table.

Pros: Marc is a very motivational trainer. He really knows how to keep us sales guys focused. The process that he is teaching us is very good and make the sales process easy. Also gets more customers engaging back and forth with our sales guys. Which is what you want in the internet process.

Cons:

Pros: Marc and the guys at PCG are huge part of our success with our Internet sales. They helped create a foundation that we can continue to grow on. These guys are rockstars!!!
