Pros: I like that we get more leads than with their competitor. They get more people to engage to submit information.
Cons: We get more strait in leads, but it’s all measured with sales. We don’t get more sales than with competitors.

Cons: The value on some of the trade-ins are off which has been difficult for us.
Pros: This is not our first lead generator. With PERQ, we get fewer but higher quality leads. PERQ's leads have a higher closing percentage than previous lead provider.

Cons: I don’t think we have the vin number on the trades when they come in. It would also be nice if they asked for the milage. Finally, they should ask if there is a bank payoff/ how much it is. There are things we have to ask for later, and it would save us a step if they would gather that for us.
Pros: I like how their product is up to date. It's instantaneous.
Cons: They meet our needs, but compared to their competitors they don't perform as well.
