Paramo Group Inc (PGI)

Pros: Great customer service and always available to make sure your questions are answered and you are 100% satisfied. Everyone at the company is very personable. They care about doing the job right. Dennis Prechtel our area manager has always responded promptley to any question I may have.

Cons: I honestly don't have any.

Pros: Dan Rudd and friends at PGI flat out rock. They are there when you need them, and not here when you don’t. (I get a surprising number of salesmen who appear in front of me unannounced when I’m trying to help customers). I have benefited from PGI’s photo services and data management systems since I started in this business, and without a hitch. They’re growing, but they are just as lean and mean as ever. When you need their help, they’re not only available, but also willing and able to provide you the help to meet your business’ needs. They’re able to do that because of the people that make up their team. Dan Rudd is a stand up, genuine guy, and a huge help to us. He’s trust-worthy, and truly looks out for PGI’s customers, and wants the best for us.

Cons: They don’t wipe the rain off of the cars before they shoot them. I’m kidding. I was just trying to come up with something. Any vehicle shot outside in the NW is going to have rain on it (as well as the photographer). Nothin’ but love (and appreciation) for Dan and company.

Pros: We have been a customer of PGI for many years. They have played a big part in our success in selling ~150 used cars per month from a single rooftop dealership. They are always looking at new opportunities and are very responsive both to industry trends and requests from dealers. Yago and Dan have a very strong entrepreneurial spirit which makes it great to work with them. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

Pros: We have been using AutoBase and PGI for our Inventory Management for over 7 years now and love it. The entire team from the owner, Yago down to the people you never meet behind the scenes do an excellent job! Our field rep, Rebecca Bussell is great and always here on time and area rep, Dan Rudd keeps us up on all the latest and greatest technology to make us more money!

Pros: Someone is always there for you to answer your call when in need of assistance. They are very professional and quick with their responses. Yago is an incredible guy and definately knows how to treat his clients. We could not ask for more.

Pros: I use many of PGI's offered products and programs. I have always gotten great results. Yago and his team always help us maximize our website and online marketing and provide top notch customer service ALL the time.
