Pros: Excellent product! It's priced well, the app is user friendly for our sales people. It lets us reach out proactively to the customer.
Pros: We used to like them a lot, when we could work with bad review customers.
Cons: Since they cancelled their backchannel access to customers we have not like them as much. Before, if we got a bad review, we could work with the customer to fix the problem and attempt to make them happy. We don't have that ability anymore.
Pros: I love this product. Every time I have contact with a customer, it will send them an invite to to a review on me and the dealership. It can come up on their cell phone, gmail, or facebook and then it takes them to our page to do a review.
Pros: The results are beneficial and we have learned much from this process.

Pros: I can't say enough good things about Podium! In the year that we've been using Podium we have seen our overall review count jump from 195 reviews to 775 and our overall rating score climb from 3.9 to 4.5 stars! The system is so simple to use and the customer support is unmatched.
Pros: Easy way to collect reviews on Google, Facebook and DealerRater. Collected reviews went way up quickly. Customer service is always available!
Cons: Cons: Priced only in US. Problem occurs going from customer Recommendations to actual reviews that show up online.

Pros: Our google reviews have skyrocketed! Podium sends our review invitations by text as the deal is finished. We can fix any problems asap. Easy to manage too!
Pros: Best option on the market to gain third party reviews. Customers continue engaging in text thread even after review is complete.
Cons: Dashboard is not as dealer group friendly as I would like to see
