Pros: I can't say enough good things about Podium! In the year that we've been using Podium we have seen our overall review count jump from 195 reviews to 775 and our overall rating score climb from 3.9 to 4.5 stars! The system is so simple to use and the customer support is unmatched.
Pros: Easy way to collect reviews on Google, Facebook and DealerRater. Collected reviews went way up quickly. Customer service is always available!
Cons: Cons: Priced only in US. Problem occurs going from customer Recommendations to actual reviews that show up online.

Cons: hard to keep the sales staff motivated to keep using the system. I hate to do it, but i might have to spiff them.

Pros: An easy way to solicit Google reviews or online reviews. It's not so much reputation management but encourages customers to leave reviews. You can find out who is upset before a review goes live somewhere.
Cons: It was a little glitchy for our Canadian market, but they addressed and fixed those very quickly.
