Pros: BDC Training is easy and thorough.
Pros: Their tracker program is excellent. Gives you all the data you need to coach by the numbers. Team is very easy to access and always open to new solutions. Their assistance in hiring staff has been fantastic.
Cons: Outdated methodology. They are phone first and I can appreciate that but the first goal is how to figure out the customer wants to communicate. They are slaves to the methods and I think they need to open up the ever changing shopping habits of consumers.
Pros: Every few months they come back and work on scripts. It helps a lot!
