Cons: They take too much time testing and retesting new features before they launch them.

Pros: It is constantly being updated as to where the vehicle is at so we don't have to hunt for it. No walking the lot! Saves time since we have a huge lot.
Pros: Very smooth process to recon cars and most important I know where they are and if they are done every step. I have no problems with how it works for us. It is user dependent so everyone has to keep the information current.
Cons: Everyone that touches the car has to make sure their information is current, then it works fantastic!
Pros: We had to change however I liked the process that RapidRecon used. It tracked recon all the way through the reconditioning and made it easy for people to know where the vehicle was in being lot ready.
