Pros: It's ok but not a good fit for us. The owner likes it.
Pros: Reach Local is very reasonably priced for the value they provide.
Cons: They struggle to communicate with us.
Pros: The level of personal attention that you receive is above industry standards. This personal relationship has been my key for staying on board for many years, because of the level of service provided too me.
Cons: Their markup on Paid Search is outrageous, but 100% worth paying for to received the level of service needed. It's not ALWAYS about saving money. Reach Local is the perfect example of more bang for your buck.

Cons: When they set your appointments for you it creates additional task afterwards.
Pros: Great network and easy to use back-end tool and reporting. Their re-targeting is IMO one of the best around and pretty inexpensive.
Cons: Cost and "cut and paste" approach. This is definitely a set-it and forget it product.
