Cons: They will lock you into contracts and lie to get you to sign their agreements. Very difficult to do business with can not trust anyone from the VP's to the sale rep.
Pros: Nice interface for customers to see what they are purchasing for their vehicle. Easy to interact with. They continue to work on product updates to make the tool more useful for dealer personnel on both the front and back end.
Cons: Difficult to add custom accessories, tweak accessories already in the system.
