Pros: The DMS is superb, a great product.
Cons: The cost is high, always has been.
Pros: It's a very good management tool, back end is easy also.
Pros: The DMS has some great tools with it, really manages all areas of the dealership well. All the managers like it and it has numbers in real time for us.
Pros: Reynolds DMS is great, works fine for us.
Cons: The CRM is a different story.
Cons: They increased our pricing up 25% in the last year. Way too expensive so switched.
Pros: No complaints, good product.
Pros: Has a hard time integrating with some of our other products but overall does a good job. I've just used other CRM's that have spoiled me.
Pros: Very efficient , organized at managing all aspects.
Pros: They have it all and are good at it. No need to look further.
Cons: They charge us a lot of fees for updates, integration with other platforms is problematic. We are making a change soon.
