Pros: This is a great DMS because it is so simple. Other DMS programs I have used are too easy to get lost in, this is a straight forward program. Love it.
Pros: This DMS is incredible, it is simple to use and does exactly what you need it to. Management has enjoyed this product from the get go. Solid integration.
Pros: This is a powerful DMS, it pulls loads of information and creates incredible reports. Allows for a lot of accountability in the dealership. Also nice that it works directly with our CRM.
Pros: If you are using Elead1One for a CRM, Reynolds is the ONLY way to go for a DMS. It is almost like they two were built with the other in mind, everything is integrated and works perfectly. Generates a ton of reports, some are very useful and others we probably won't use but it is nice to have options.
Pros: This is a good DMS, we use it primarily in our service department but it has worked well across the dealership. Generates quick and easy reports, pulls info from our CRM so we don't have to go looking for it.
Pros: In my opinion, this is the best DMS out there. It is easier to use and has more menu tools than any other. This allows it to be fairly personalized. This program will also scrub for duplicate customers.
Cons: The biggest issue is how expensive it is, it is 3X as much as my previous DMS.
Pros: Reynolds has great products that are easy to use. The best thing about it is that it integrates with our CRM so we don't have to transfer anything. It is the best match for every CRM I have used, plays nicely!
Cons: It is not the cheapest option, but it is worth any extra money you will pay.
Pros: This is a fine DMS, it has integrated well with multiple CRMs we have used.
Cons: My biggest complaint is that in the 6 years I have been at the dealership, our Reynolds DMS has not been updated or changed. It seems like a lot of things about Reynolds have slowly become outdated to the point that it still works, but should probably run smoother.
Pros: This DMS is is pretty average, not much stands out which I guess makes it neither a good or bad option.
Cons: The user consul has been in need of a serious update for a very long time. It is archaic and makes many processes much more time consuming.
Pros: This is a great DMS, my favorite thing is how well it integrates with our CRM. It is very easy to access and alter information, makes for very easy management. It is very simple, which is suppose it both a pro and a con, but I also think that is why it is a bit cheaper than other options.
