Pros: customer support is good. THey keep me organized!

Pros: It's great having Vin for CRM and DMS. It makes everything flow. It is very easy to access and alter information, makes for very easy management. It is very simple, which is both a pro and a con, but I also think that is why it is a bit cheaper than other options.
