Pros: Basic system and price is good.

Cons: Website response can be slow.

Pros: We are very happy with the fast response from customer service. We can usually reach someone immediately or they follow up within minutes. I also like the flexibility we have with making changes and customization.

Cons: If I could, I'd like to see the website make it possible for the customer to go as far as purchasing a car online.
