Pros: Its a really good tool to see what your sales staff is doing, and keeping everyone honest as far as how they are following process. Customer service is great, every dealership needs this tool.
Cons: The tablet they provided goes off line sometimes, but i don't know if that is our internet issue or the hardware. But when I call customer service, they log in right away, and get the app going in no time.
