Dealer Satisfaction Award Correction

It has come to our attention that a small error was made regarding one of the 2011 Dealer Satisfaction Awards. An internal DrivingSales document mistakingly put Reynolds and Reynolds' POWER DMS product as the highest rated in the DMS category when, in fact, Reynolds and Reynolds' ERA DMS product should have been recognized for this award. The ERA DMS product WAS listed as the highest rated DMS in our quarterly publication, the Dealership Innovation Guide and all trophies and certificates are correct - but a press release was sent out stating that the Reynolds and Reynolds POWER DMS product was the DMS award recipient.

We regret any problems or concerns this may have caused any member of the DrivingSales community, but we are confident that publicly recognizing and correcting this mistake is the right thing to do. We are glad that we can report this was a human error committed internally by writing down the wrong thing as opposed to an issue with our VendorRatings system and technology. Rest assured that your ratings are being saved and verified accurately and with care. Our process of naming the top and highest rated vendors is not in question, and we thank all members of the DrivingSales community for your continued efforts to create transparency and greater utility for auto dealers through sharing your opinions and experiences.
