@Chris this is what I received from Genthe Chevrolet. Let me know if this dealers question answers your question? 

The dealers question:

"We are in a 80 % lease market so customers are back in market sooner than most . The problem is a lot of our mail goes out to customers who no longer own the car that we have on record in our DMS  . We waste money and ROI due to this problem . Any help solving this?"

I do have a solution for this and have helped Genthe Chev. with this already...but wondering how everyone else is doing it? We use our online vehicle data after the dealers sale date. Ie. we match any of the dealers sold vins from their CRM that show up online after the dealers sold date. We use our online vehicle records from 2013 to present date (about 350 million online vehicle records as of today. Chris let me know and we will clean your CRM as well at no cost.
