Helios scans the undercarriage of vehicles, which is the hardest part of any vehicle to scan manually. Helios system detects (and categorizes): Rust, damages, frame damages, oil leaks / other leaks and any kind of visual anomaly at high resolution (less than 0.5 cm). The process takes between 5 sec - 20 secs, according to requirements.
Atlas is a physical drive through system providing high resolution external body anomaly detection. Supporting inspection processes in manufacturing lines with partners like Toyota and Volvo, where it reaches sub-millimeter resolution with detections smaller than 0.5 mm.
Atlas also supports many use cases in the aftermarket, with larger damages for detection (according to requirements) including collision centres, insurance facilities, paint inspection and hail damage.
The process takes between 20 - 60 seconds depending on required resolution.
Artemis is an a tire scanning device based on cameras and computer vision. Artemis scans the tires’ outer side of vehicles as they pass and also the tread angle and automatically detects:
-Tire specs, like DOT, winter/summer and size
-Wear and tear, asymmetrical weariness of tires (wheel alignment),
-Tire pressure of vehicles.
-Tread depth indication (with a customisable legend)
The process takes between 5 sec-10 secs.
