Pros: It's easy to use once you set everything up. Handy if you are using Vin Solutions for your CRM.
Cons: None really...it works pretty darn well.

Pros: This is the closest thing to a "Swiss army knife" as you can get in our business!! We have found a way to rival any dealership with a full blown BDC and we have not added one person to do it! The results are building daily.
Cons: Some basic functions are counter intuitive and very difficult to master.
Pros: CRM very good, inventory manager easy to use, changes easy to implement.
Cons: Vin has a extensive program---utilizing all the features can be a issue.
Pros: What a great company! Great people. Proactive when it comes to finding solutions. Best CRM I know of. Many products that makes you better.
Pros: The product is mostly straightforward and the reporting, though it does have some formatting and strange information culling problems that are sort of mind-numbing. But if you work it right you can get a ton of information from the back end of the tool.
Cons: I really don't know what they are awesome at any more. I've had more issues with them over the past couple of months than I have had since their installation, and they seem completely lackadaisical about it, preferring to scale back their technology instead of embracing what is new. Also, there is a HUGE problem with the knowledge base of their new in-the-field reps. The one who serviced our store completely decimated parts of the sales process and cost us upwards of $100,000 in gross. I'm to the point of trying to convince my GM to go with another vendor.
Pros: Inexpensive and targeted and ROI measurable.
