Pros: They have a good way of making the CRM, website and inventory tool work very well together. Also, they have the best customer service in the market hands-down.
Pros: We are a Toyota dealership in Virginia. We have used many CRM tools but this one is by far the best! We love the intergration with all our other software tools, our salesman are using this system more than before and actually making notes, contacting customers and getting more sales, and our managers are seeing the processes get followed with every customer in sales and service. If we have any problems or concerns our performance manager is there to help us and will help solve the issue quickly. We are very satisfied with our experience so far with VinSolutions, the staff and the software. Looking forward to maximizing the system.

Pros: Excellent data mining tools. Can be a difficult for a new hire to pick up the but wide variety of uses makes it well worth the early head aches.
Cons: Can be overly complicated for new hires.
Pros: Easy to use, with tools that can expand as your needs do
Pros: Desking module works great. Overall it is fairly easy to set up and use.
Cons: Their email system could use improvement as their system is frequently blacklisted for yahoo.com and recently with roadrunner accounts.
Pros: There is not one good thing about this vendor. The system is really hard to navigate on the desking side.

Pros: I have used several CRM tools and this product gives me what is needed. I have different areas that I can put notes on depending on the need, quick glance notes, addresses, creation date, vehicles with corresponding dates sold, and even current equity on the vehicle. You can look at what they traded, with its value and miles for reference. Personal information is easily accessed for review. When set up according to your follow up plan, you do not have to wonder about what you need to do on a daily basis.
Cons: I want to be able to change a cosigner when the need arises and also have the cosigners information transfered when it is pulled from the customer file. I want to be able to print out my wish list on a report.
