Pros: I like the system and have used it in different places. Very user friendly.
Pros: knowledgeable staff, quick response and turnaround
Cons: their customer dashboard could use some work
Pros: They have good customer service and do a good job of staying in touch.
Cons: Feels cookie-cutter in their approach but I believe that to be that they are a very large company and that it is harder for them to have a true 'local feel' to some of their content.
Pros: Love the dynamic inventory feed feature that builds the ads based on my current used car inventory. That is a huge timesaver.
Pros: I can do this better by hiring some teenager!!
Cons: Nobody cares that it's Tom Cruise's birthday but this company thinks it belongs on my Facebook Wall. They also put stupid math problems which nobody responds to? I looked at other Walls they own and it's the same stuff! Shady!!!
Pros: Vin Social is great for our store! It's completely hands free and Vin will work with you on different campaigns and tactics to maximize your social strategy. We've been able to come up with a lot of creative content to get more "likes" and use our social pages as outreach within our community. I highly recommend them!
Pros: They stay in constant contact with us to see what they can do to increase our presence for Social media.
Pros: I would highly reccommend vinsocial. Joey and Derek work extremely close with our dealership to develop a strategy and make sure that it is effective. Not only do they help us create a strategy that works for us they also are available to answer questions for me and make sure that everything is running smoothly. We can bounce ideas off of eachother on how we want to post and work together to have a great socal media presence. I also like that I don't have to worry about all the daily necessary postings because they take care of all that for me! Saves a lot of time!

Pros: Joey and his staff at VinSocial have been great since our dealership chose to use them as our Social Media sidekick. They give me the ability to have control of our social media, however they do the leg work and daily maintenance. I do not have to worry that something is going to get past me because I know that they have constant surveillance of our social world. What other company would send you a message at 11:30 pm letting you know their is something going on with one of your pages. To me this shows great strength in their ability to perform their duties above and beyond the norm. I have zero hesitancy in recommending VinSocial to my colleagues.
Cons: For me the con's are usually the inability to reach your representative in timely manner, however again I have to give VinSocial kudos when it comes to their communication. They are great at responding back to questions in a very reasonable manner, that is if I don't reach them on the first try!
