Pros: I really like how it covers my SEO and SEM and that it integrates with other programs that I am using. So far they have done an amazing job.
Pros: I been using VinSolutions and like it's ease to navigate and work with. I think it looks clean and professional. It's very easy to find the info you want without taking too much time. Helpful customer support.
Pros: They really like working with VinSolutions, it's easy, and customer service is very helpful.
Pros: The inventory page, right on the top it lists the type of models a customer would search for making it easy for them to go right to the models. We like that it's easy to navigate and find directions, phone numbers and all inventory.
Pros: They love the web site. They got to help design it. It is easy to use, easy to navigate and customer friendly.
Cons: There is nothing they would change at this time.
Pros: Likes how easy it is to work with VinSolutions customer service team. They are always available to help. Also they like how they can customize the website and make changes and additions, especially custom coupons.
Pros: The website does everything they want and need it to do. It is easy to use and they couldn't think of anything they would change.
Cons: Not impressed with VinSolutions. There is nothing good to say about the website. Would like more access to the administrative end of the website.
Pros: It communicates with their CRM, which is awesome.
Cons: It sucks otherwise. I hate getting constant phone calls from other vendors to tell me just how crappy our website is. We were promised a new Haystak platform a year ago. So far, that hasnt happened. Editing the site is straight out of 2001... its really quite sad. I really want this to remain our website. I hope that the launch of the new platform happens soon, and that its impressive enough to make up for what we're putting up with now.
Pros: None. It doesn't exist.
Cons: The prior reviews may be about Vin's current website product, which isn't bad...for desktops. The mobile user experience is horrible, with the worst conversion among comparable stores. Adding to that, KORE 360 is vaporware. As of September 2014, it simply doesn't exist for dealers. The Behavioral RWD promise of NADA 2014 has yet to be fulfilled and countless delays have this current VinSolutions customer shopping for a website provider with current/future technology.
