Pros: So happy we switched to Vin. This is a great tool for finding the leads that apply to us.
Pros: Managing the leads gives our salespeople a step up in finding the right buyer.
Pros: VinSolutions offers a very comprehensive Lead Management solution. The entire suite is easy to use and navigate through, the mobile application used by the sales staff is user friendly, and because it's a Cox Automotive product, it integrates seamlessly into many of the products that you're probably already using (eg. VAuto, DealerTrack, etc.). From a sales standpoint, a salesperson can provide all the information needed to a customer through email and text very quickly (digital brochures, photos, etc). As for management staff, the analytics and DMS integration are accurate and comprehensive. Whether it be Sales or Fixed Operations, VinSolutions is utilized by everyone in our dealership. Our DMS and CRM is joined at the hip, so VinSolutions is a one-stop-shop for our dealerships.
Cons: Like so many products, VinSolutions does have it's fair share of cons. I guess my biggest complaint about VinSolutions is that the system can be glitchy and slow at times.

Pros: VinSolutions helps me kee track of my leads and helps me keep track of when I need to call/email my clients
Pros: This manages and organizes our leads very well
Pros: ILM is great, technology behind it is good.
Cons: Customer service isnt reliable or consistent. They have a high turn over rate, or at least that is how is seems because our rep keeps changing and it makes everything a lot harder.
Pros: Easy to use, very user friendly. Easy to see all of customers information.
