Interesting info VJ and thanks for sharing. I know that I have seen our mobile traffic shoot up through the roof in the last 12-18 months and are seeing more leads submitted within the mobile site. One thing that I do have to track is closing rate with mobile vs. traditional from the desktop.

Thank you Jim. As we all know as car dealer pros - everyone of us had at least once a a customers sitting in front of us and lecturing about the trade-in price he should receive according to his "mobile search on KBB" :)
