Pros: I have received more responses from customers via text then I ever have via phone or email. In 3 weeks I have sold at least 4 vehicles strictly from texting!

Pros: Phone recording integration is good. They do a good job on creative side with emails.
Cons: very limited with what you can do yourself, seems like you have to call them to get the simplest of things done. You can't run your own email campaigns, they have to do it for you and charge you. You can't transfer when a sales person leaves their clients to another salesperson, they have to do it for you. A real aggravation is duplicate controls, there is very little in the way of duplicate alerts. Nothing has changed in the 4 years we have been with them.

Cons: Not GM Certified - said they were going to be No upgrades hae been done cannot push live to DMS Sales People dont like it. Reports and reporting behind the times
