Pros: Easy to listen and manage calls.

Cons: EXPENSIVE. Don't go over your minutes or they will rake you over the coals. Hated playing the minutes game with my cell phone, hate playing it with this.

Pros: Was great for tracking all of our online and print advertising sources. Really knew which advertisements were working. Great for A/B testing on website.

Cons: You don't get to keep the numbers (or even a few) when you leave the product.

Pros: HUGE accountability as well as minute by minute tracking of ALL incoming phone traffic. Phenominal tool for tracking advertising dollars and for educational purposes for ALL doing phone work of ANY kind! A MUST if you want to be in the game!

Cons: I haven't found any yet!!!
