Pros: I love the old classic product the best. We went back to it
Cons: Did NOT like the new xtime. It was not user friendly or easy to learn.
Pros: I really love this scheduling tool.
Cons: I would like it if they had a module that was geared more for shop scheduling instead of sales. More for the technician.
Pros: I was recently in sales and just moved to the service dept. and this system was easy to learn and very easy to maneuver

Cons: Well let me start at the beginning, I was originally looking from service advisor digital write up system and came across this one. During the demo I was shown everything it could do and I was very impressed and was told to get the check in system I would need to have service pro which is basically like shopwatch. At the time I thought it was more than worth it. I was wrong! They came and installed the system 3 months later in July and I was all ready (I spent $3000 on the required iPads needed for check in) but surprise check in wasn't available yet so I would have to wait a couple of months. Okay I guess. Well February rolls around and after monpths of no communication and not one returned call we decided to scrap the entire system. Now here's the kicker, they've been charging us for the check in all along. Just stay away from this system. You!l be better off!
