Pros: Really makes a difference, customers like setting their own schedule and we have made ours so that they know if they wait, what the wait time will be. This has helped all the way around.

Pros: Customers can schedule at their convenience, it gives them menus, a lot of information regarding the maintenance process, great product. Also helps to streamline the shop flow for us. Advisors love it also!

Pros: Give the customer options when they schedule their own vehicle in by showing them any pertinent information. Pretty efficient tool. Advisors can see any changes in schedule as time advances.

Pros: The app will remind customers what they are due for, show information, etc. Really like the product.

Cons: We also do PriorityOne scheduling which is no appointment needed so it conflicts a little bit with Xtime.

Pros: It's really on track, the customer can schedule themselves, it will remind them of the service they are due for, any old recommendations as well as have menus available for maintenance intervals. I love this.
