Pros: When we first had it eight years ago, I thought it worked very well and did communicate with our service systems we had before.
Cons: It does not communicate well with our other two main programs, if our clients go online to make an appointment we do not see it. We have to add the info manually. I don't know what their update did but it does not communicate at all
