Pros: Reporting is so easy. Able to communicate with customers easily
Pros: Auto sends emails, tracks our customers. Great convenience to our customers and real user friendly for us.
Pros: I was recently in sales and just moved to the service dept. and this system was easy to learn and very easy to maneuver
Pros: This is not a bad product, but it is not better than other less expensive options.
Cons: This product costs too much.

Pros: When we first had it eight years ago, I thought it worked very well and did communicate with our service systems we had before.
Cons: It does not communicate well with our other two main programs, if our clients go online to make an appointment we do not see it. We have to add the info manually. I don't know what their update did but it does not communicate at all
