Cons: They are inconsistent and change what they measure for success based on what will look good for them. Anyone who has any significant background in online marketing and social media can see that the choices they make are clearly not the most effective and show they really know nothing about what sells cars or drives ROs.

Pros: We don't have a newsletter function with our DMS or CRM providers. I think it is a great retention tool. 3 Birds is extremely easy to use and looks great. The support from Tiffany during set up was amazing.

Pros: They have been nothing but professional, easy to work with and responsive when you need something done. I really like how easy there program is to run. Our Open Rate, and Clicks have been going up for a year now. We went away from one of the big dogs and have been completely happy!
