Holly is the Virtual BDC Director for Phone Ninjas. She comes with a fresh perspective on phone sales with a background in insurance, payroll, and telemedicine. She has managed and trained several sales teams and helped grow start-ups from the ground up. Holly has a passion for delivering excellent service and improving upon company culture and efficiencies. She has an English Literature degree from the University of Akron and you can find her in various modeling and acting gigs in her free time.
