Pros: Works great, we know it well and am happy with it.
Pros: Basic system is good.. no extras.
Cons: As we grew it couldn't handle the integrations.
Pros: Support is great and they never skip a beat. We are always on top of the information.

Pros: The system is VERY BASIC. It does what you need at a very affordable price, but if you are looking for something fancy with all of the latest bells and whistles then stay away. Customer support is excellent, except for the one time I called on a Saturday with a system down issue and was told "we do not work on Saturdays"
Cons: Lacking in some of the newer functions that most systems have now

Pros: They do provide a nice platform. Easy to use and get decent results.
Cons: If you ever want to try something else beware of there contract. They have an auto renew that will screw you. They turn into horribly rude people when you try to cancel.
