Pros: - Very professional - Quick escalation to management if necessary - Adept at using CRM / Xtime - Very keen phone skills - actually upsell while setting appointments - GREAT price point - Don't have to worry about training/ turnover of BDC staff which is a constant headache - Very cost efficient compared to having full time employees performing same task - CSI target achieved every quarter we have been using them
Cons: - Do have phone drop issues from time to time when transferring to the call center - Some old school customers (very small percentage) complain about the specialists being located in the physical building -There can sometimes be a little wait time for customers to reach an agent
