About the Product

AVA is a form of artificial intelligence that engages the customer and carries on a two-way conversation with them over email, sending messages, receiving responses, interpreting the responses, then taking some action based on the customer's reply. What makes AVA revolutionary is the ability to interpret customer replies and take action based on those replies. AVA is not an auto-responder program. Pros: This is a system that contacts all of your leads by email with out fail. It gets results..

Pros: AVA is a non threatning lead responder. Many customers dont know they are communicating to a virtual assistant so they seem to respond more than not to our AVA.

Cons: Reporting system need some work to be effective
