Pros: The sales module is not that bad. But the support is horrible. Usually the tech support / training does not have an answer, or a fix. They have actually referred us to dealers to ask how they use their own software. Absolutely crazy. After we were sold and contracted on the system the salesperson moved on. Would not return emails, and if he did was rude. Service side of the program is really bad. Scheduling customers is done separate from the ROs and makes it a nightmare to work with. It also has errors all the time. Like if you click on the service screen it closes out the program out sometimes. Also you have to keep going in and out of different screens to build and RO.

Cons: 1. Does not do half the things the sales person told us it would. Heck, even look at the ads they have on Driving sales. The pictures they have of the accounting and service module is not the real program. It is pictures of what it will be someday. Wow how shady is that. 2. Customer support has been some of the worst I have ever seen. 3. Sales Tax Reports are worthless 4. No Floor Plan Calculating. ( So while working every deal you have to go out and make sure you account for floor ) Not to mention its not something you want everyone to have access to. 5. Basically they sell it as one system. But if you use it for anything more than sales it has another program that handles service parts and accounting. It looks like it is from the 50's and operates about the same. They sell you by showing the sales side of it that looks really pretty. Then once you get the program you see that was not the main system you work out of. Almost like a bait and switch

Pros: PC based system, you own the data, can utilize with multiple locations, no term contract, easy to learn and use...the list goes on.

Cons: Not 100% on sales and finance, currently utilizing only in accounting, service and parts. New update launching soon. If all goes as expected, should capture sales and finance giving us one unified system.

It's supposed to be a crm...nope!

Pros: Things are laid out in a way that make sense, and easy to find. Before its recent update in August 2017, it was the best!

Cons: Since its update in August 2017, it takes 10 times longer to do anything. Although everything is laid out in a way that makes sense, but the new design and color makes everything blend together.

Pros: Simple to operate. Staff always looking for ways to assist dealers with DMS improvements and CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They couldn't be better. Thanks for being there for us.
