Now Coming to the Ring..... Amazon
Amazon is slowly making their transition into the Automotive Industry. They have in depth Vehicle Detail Pages for almost every make and model. These pages include, Reviews, MSRP, Color choices, Trim and style levels, IIHS safety inormation, and much more.
Amazon has just given us an amazing third party tool for evidence manuals. These VDP pages with no pressure and loads of information are transparent and easily shared. While there is something bigger in play here in the meantime they are a great resource to build rapport and gain some third party validation.

Would Amazon open brick & mortar stores to service as well as sell? Amazon getting into the business raises myriad questions for franchised dealers as well as consumers.
