Pros: I have tried CarChat24, Gubagoo, ContactAtOnce and DMT but no chat product has been as successful for us as CarChat24. Period.

Cons: My biggest 'con' was the lack of a texting tool. Now that we that, I'm good.

Not knowing... we switched to a new provider but immediately went back to CarCaht24

Pros: Team pays attention to lead volume and metrics; easy implementation.

Cons: The pushy approach to chats taken by this company drove us away. Chats were aggressive, customers were upset, our managers hated it. We switched to a company with a much more customer-oriented style.

Note to ANY CarChat24 client: If you ever see a chat that is too pushy, please show it to your rep. We will take a look and either correct the opertaor or explain why we used a process (that you will either agree or not agree with but sometimes dealers see it when explained). Remember we A/B split test all scripted answers for effectiveness. That said, the good news AND the bad news is that our opertaor staff are humans :) DON'T BE SHY to show us a chat that you need explaination on or see oppurtunity for improvement! - Jeff

Pros: Pricing Structure... Options.. CoBrowsing... Knowledge Base... Lots of features

Cons: Overwhelms Computer Hardware.... Utilizes too much memory.

Pros: Really like how easy the reporting is. When we want to pull sales leads vs service and parts it takes seconds. Our rep is super helpful and hilarious. Type of rep that will reply to an email or text on a weekend if you're in a jam. That goes along way for a small store like ours. We only get around 3000 unique visitors a month and it's worth every penny.
