Pros: Cardone on Demand sales training is fantastic and cannot be beat for what it offers and it's price. Wether you are a mega dealer with 15+ stores or a smaller store with only 6 salespeople - Grant Cardone's training and overall philosophy on sales and properly handling TODAY'S customer is a GAME CHANGER. The old days of the car business are gone, today customers want information and they want it now. Grant teaches (every training module is truly Grant teaching btw, not some training underling) new and old sales people, management and ownership how to succeed in todays market with todays customer. These videos are so current you will see Grant holding an iPhone 4 and talking about current events. His trainings are continually updated as well to stay current with the market place. The courses are all done online (which make it VERY easy to use and roll out into a store/group of any size) and everything is trackable with training reports emailed to management/ownership on a weekly basis or login to see it real time. Each chapter is about 5-7 minutes and grant recommend's 2-4 per day required for each sales team member. This seems to be about right - I recommend 4 (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon) for the first few months after launch to get everyone on the same page and then scale down to 2 reqired a day (40 a week in the beginning then drop to 20 per week). The sales people over time (pretty quickly from the 2 groups I have seem this product launched in) will started to appreciate and respect Grant's teaching and start to see massive results. These modules can and should also be used in sales meetings. Also the ability of Grant's "Quick Fix's" break down each area where a sales person blows and gives them a 1 minute or so fix so it doesn't happen again in the future. Some of the current courses are "Fundamentals of Selling", "Road to the Sale", "Closing the Deal", "Phones and Internet" (which is essential for any Internet/BDC department to PROPERLY

Pros: The Sales Training VT allows salespeople to train for as little or as long as they want. There are 15 second closes that are super helpful as well as detailed segments that are 7 to 8 minutes long. Easy to use and very timely for today's automobile market.
