What I do: I help automotive dealers and OEMs Develop Sales and Service Business Development Centers that deliver results and turn around underperforming BDCs I customize, redesign or enhance your existing CRM system. I design and facilitate management coaching, phone skills training, employee engagement and “train-the-trainer” programs to drive major sales growth and superior customer service ratings. What else: I have been a keynote speaker along with senior Toyota executives at Regional dealer meetings in the Kansas City, Chicago, Cincinnati and New York Regions. My custom curriculum has been certified as part of Toyota’s University where salespeople and managers throughout the network receive ongoing learning credits toward sales certification.
