Pros: "Nice" Sales Rep
Cons: Took 2 months to create a intro/outro, bad communication for support, over promise under deliver, said video export would work with Dominion and it can't and never could, etc. Contact me directly if you want details on the experience.
Pros: Affordable, easy to use, dynamic and comprehensive (and customizable), Looking to get away from Cobalt Nitro cookie cutter products (and dated ILM), we evaluated numerous companies before narrowing our list down to three, Dealer Impact (Web Solutions) along with their partner DealerPeak (ILM/CRM) became the ultimate choice. Only problem was our DMS (AutoMate) which has extremely limited integration. But if you are using a better DMS, you will find that DealerPeak does everything you need and more, for less. Also, the owners of these companies, Jock Showalter (DealerPeak) and Brian Cox (Dealer Impact), are all about building a personal relationship with your company which you absolutely will not get from any other company doing this. The result of which, anything you need, they have it... will get it, or will do the programming necessary to make it happen for you.
Cons: Honestly... I can't think of any. Any problem we've ever encountered, was always and quickly resolved. Which is why after coming across this site, and seeing very little feedback on them, I felt I should say something. Anyone having any questions... I highly recommend these two companies and have a lot of insight into them, will be happy to be a reference if you would like to know more...
