Pros: The CRM works well for us and is easy to use. It's also very inexpensive.

Cons: Issues I have is that there aren't any features at all, it's really bare bones and simple.

Pros: Their CRM is very user friendly, and works perfect for anything we are trying to accomplish. Best CRM I have ever used, couldn't be happier.

Cons: None.

Compatibility with all other products they are using like DMS, etc. Really easy to use.

Pros: Email tracking (emails going in and out) is helpful; tracking of account changes (date, by whom) is nice; great tech support.

Cons: Additional cost of phone tracking.

Pros: This system has as much or as little as you want to use. Great for the newbie as well as the pro.

Cons: Coaching support is inconsistent. I need someone who will force me to be as accountable as I am to my staff

Pros: It has been great to use them as our ILM. Really solid product. Plenty of extra and flexibility without having to pay a premium. And the service is quick and easy. The folks on staff make every dealership, regardless of their size, feel important. Raffa's team is spot on.

Cons: Follow through could be improved. Some issues have taken multiple calls to resolve.
