Pros: This is the only software that I have ever worked with that has the CRM, DMS, website, accounting all in one place. I love the fact that once a customer submits an app, it goes into the CRM where I can pull the credit, send it to the DMS, then push it to my banks through Dealertrack or to CUDL to be submitted. Once I have an approval, it is as simple as accepting the banks offer and it prefills the price, term, rate and everything, except the warranty and gap. Cons: There are a few basic things that they need to change to make this software perfect. For one, if you have a secondary bank that will not accept payments past the 20th, which is common, you can't preset that in the software nor can you preset the VSI that some of them have, which can be a pain. Also, it will only find duplicates if the NAME is EXACTLY the same, it will not find them by the phone number which is odd. They also only send out compliance letters if you pull credit on Espirian, not Equifax, which 99% of banks use. I have had a wonderful experience whit this company, I have a dealer rep, Gerald Payton that has been there for me every step of my conversion and will call me back every time that he sees my number on his caller ID. He has really been the best help I have ever had as far as a software technical support.
