Pros: Many leads and solid information. Good Company to work with!
Pros: Our dealership has been utilizing the services of DealerCMO for about 7 years now. As a consultation service, they're great! Unlike so many of the vendors we've used, in 7 years time, we've only had to account managers (It doesn't sound like such a big deal, but it is). These guys know our business inside-and-out. We try to meet on a conference call once a week to brainstorm ideas and look over metrics...what working and what's not. The goal of their business is to improve car sales, web-presence, and ROI. The folks at DealerCMO go over every metric and not just our web-analytics. Everything. For any dealership looking to increase their business, these guys are a must have.
Cons: They're expensive.
Cons: This company is no good! They are supposed to be updating our website with various specials or sales or incentives. Frequently we have to let them know what our competition is doing when a part of that is their job, they do not do any of it. They have not followed through on their end of the agreement.
