Pros: It's an All-in-One Vendor and Reporting Package if you have the websites... very streamlined
Cons: Lack of Communication with Dealer on Advertising Performance/Suggestions, Confusion on who represents dealers account... Digital Advisor, Digital Strategist, Digital Account Rep...jQuery214041123884999706384_1479306513141? Also, be very clear on where you want to Allocate Ad Spend... otherwise it will end up in Display... Hopefully they will be improving processes.. Lots of Acquisitions over past several months seems to have created a mess with regards to this business unit
Pros: allows us to integrate our pricing across several platforms in one step
Cons: sometimes takes too long to change pricing
Pros: Great Product with easy to use backend to highly customizability.
Cons: They're growing into a very large company and the ratio between clients and support personnel is large which is limiting their attention to detail and shows a great lack of personal attention.
Pros: Getting the basics right.Pretty good fundamental knowledge of setting up a good program.
Cons: More emphasis on unique needs of each client. Support taking longer to get back than they used to.
Pros: Advanced Technology, great customer service, pricing is better than average, real results and works close with clients.
Pros: the staff support is good, and update are done well
Cons: since it is a manufacture sponsored product it requires a lot of customer work at dealership level so not to be cookie cutter to other Chrysler dealers websites

Pros: The product has a quick set up in that your inventory is readily available to market with if you're already a dealer.com user.
Cons: I found that updates took too long to complete. 3 to 5 days to get a new car special updated is too long in this or any business.
Pros: They make it really easy to launch a campaign and control your budget. Friendly interface on dealer.com backend. Consistent results. Cost efficient.
Cons: Very cookie cutter. Don't expect to kill the competition here, as they are probably handling their SEM too with the same campaign! Also you have to be the proactive one, always calling them to ask what can we do differently to improve our campaign. Don't expect a call from them saying, "Hey, you know what would work well?"
Pros: Overall a great experience with Dealer.com, and incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
